Kristin was the first key addition to the team at StonePark Capital, and was instrumental in establishing the business operations protocol for the firm. She provides operational support including coordination of current projects under development, financial management and the maintenance of administrative systems. For all new construction, Kristin has taken over both the oversight of construction budgets and the management of the Furniture, Fixture and Equipment procurement. Additionally, Kristin is tasked with maintaining ongoing monthly budgets and financials for all operating hotels.
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Kristin previously managed business operations and provided accounting support to several high level attorneys and CPA’s. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is involved with St. Barbara’s Greek Orthodox Church in Santa Barbara.
