In the Fall of 2018, StonePark Capital pursued an acquisition of the 45 room boutique, Mason Beach Inn. This hotel was ideally located just a block off Santa Barbara’s famous West Beach, and steps to State Street and the “Funk Zone”. This property was originally built in 1986 and was due for a full refresh of all guest rooms and common areas. StonePark teamed up with the design team of Cearnal Collective and created an amazing ‘beach chic’ look that turned this property into the quintessential Santa Barbara boutique experience.
