In the Summer of 2016, the StonePark Capital team identified an undeveloped property in Santa Rosa CA, with a prominent position on the 101 Freeway. The 100 room “Del Sol” prototype by La Quinta Inns and Suites broke ground in 2018 and welcomed its first guests in the summer of 2020. This represents the second “Del Sol” in the StonePark portfolio of hotels, both located in Northern California.
